How do I know if my family can afford Bishop Kelley?

Bishop Kelley offers tuition assistance through multiple sources to help families Please take a few minutes to enter very basic financial information into our Tuition Estimator tool below. After you enter your financial information, this Tuition Tool will provide an estimated tuition cost range. Of course, your final tuition will be determined by FACTS after providing required supporting documentation, as explained below.

How do we apply for tuition assistance?

Your FACTS Grant & Aid Application can be submitted securely online through the BK FACTS online financial aid applicationAll financial information that families provide to FACTS will be held in strict confidence and will not be shared with anyone outside of a select committee. Please note there is a $40 fee paid directly to FACTS for this service. This FACTS application will be used for all sources of assistance [St. Francis of Assisi, Go for Catholic Schools, Veritas, and Bishop Kelley’s internal assistance funds].

FACTS has a Spanish Language conversion button in the top right corner of the screen.

The application and all required supporting documents are due by April 17, 2023.

Review and notification will be completed no later than mid-May. Tuition assistance applications and the review process are confidential. Families who complete a FACTS application after April 17th will be awarded assistance based upon availability of funds and demonstrated need.

All Catholic Schools in the Diocese of Tulsa use the same FACTS Grant & Aid application. If you are completing a FACTS application at another school, there is no need to fill out a second. Simply add your BK student on your application, and it will be routed to the school.

Bishop Kelley encourages everyone to submit an application for tuition assistance. Families with a demonstrated financial need likely will receive tuition assistance. Bishop Kelley is committed to working with families to assist with making your child a Comet for life.

What happens after I submit my information to FACTS?

BKHS will make tuition decisions based on the FACTS recommendation. In order for FACTS to provide a recommendation, the FACTS application must be filled out completely (including the requested documentation) and then reviewed by FACTS. After BKHS receives the FACTS recommendation, BK will issue a notification of the tuition obligation to the family.
