2026-27 Parental Choice Tax Credit Checks Have Arrived
- Due to the volume of checks received and limited staff availability, please stop by to handle your check at the times listed below. This will allow us to better serve all families and ensure a smooth and efficient process.
- Location: Main Office in MQP Building
- Days: Monday - Friday
- Times: 7:30 - 9:00 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. to 4 p.m.
- A Business Office team member will be dedicated to assisting you during each of these time slots.

Homecoming Week Begins Monday, September 14

- Deadline to Purchase Tickets for the Homecoming Dance
- The Dance is Saturday, September 19 at the Arvest Convention Center downtown.
- Tickets are $15 and must be purchased by the end of the day Monday, September 14.
- Click here for instructions to purchase tickets through your student’s PlusPortals account. ***If you are not able to pay with a credit card, your student may come and see Mrs. Gabel in her office in Jarboe Hall. You will not fill out the online form.

Sign Up to Bring Cookies for Open House
- We need help welcoming our guests to our Open House! Click here to sign up to bring two dozen cookies to Jarboe Hall on Sunday, September 20, between noon and 1:30 p.m.
Visitors to Campus
- All visitors must check in through LobbyGuard in the Main Office (MQP) before visiting campus.
- Parents attending Daily Mass Tuesday - Friday may go directly to the Chapel without checking in but must check in after Mass if visiting any other part of the campus.
Daily Mass
- Tuesdays at 7 a.m.
- Wednesdays at 3:15 p.m.
- Thursdays at 7 a.m.
- Fridays at 7 a.m.
Food Deliveries
- Outside food delivery services are not accepted.
- Parents may meet students at the top of the U-Drive during lunch.
Dropping Off Forgotten Items
- Non-food items may be left in the cubby inside the Main Office.
- Students should be notified directly to retrieve them.
Tax Credit Checks
Families will receive an email from the Bishop Kelley Business Office when tax credit checks are ready for pickup or signature.

- Questions about schedules or academics? Counselors are assigned to students based on the student’s last name.

Parent/Guardian Volunteer Opportunities
Campus Ministry welcomes additional parent volunteers to sign up to be adorers for Eucharistic Adoration for one hour every first Friday of the month from 12:00 - 1:00 p.m. If you are interested, please reach out to Sarah Seck at sarah.seck@gmail.com.
