Please submit the following:
- Incoming 9th Grade Application (Apply Now)
- Applicant's Photo
- Birth Certificate
- Immunization Records
- Student records (includes attendance and conduct) from middle school grades (6th, 7th, and 8th) from your current public school or non-Catholic private school. Parents do not need to provide this if your student attends a Diocesan Catholic school in Tulsa and surrounding areas or Monte Cassino.
- Educational testing, if applicable. Testing should be current, within the last two-three years.
Ways to Submit Standard Documentation
- Upload all required documents into your online admissions account. If you do not have an existing admissions account, (Apply Now) to set up an account. Or, email documents to Patti Bush, Dean of Admissions, at pbush@bishopkelley.org.

9th Grade Admissions Placement Test for Current 8th Grade Students
- November 7, 2026
- January 9, 2027
- By appointment after January 9, 2027.
Rolling Admissions Process
Completed applications will be reviewed in the order in which they are received and an admissions decision will be made at that time.
The advantage to a rolling admissions process is that as soon as applicants complete the application process, they will receive an individual admission decision within weeks, as opposed to sending all decisions on a specific day.
Waiting Pool Criteria
Once we have met our student enrollment capacity, accepted applicants will be added to our waiting pool. As spots become available, applicants will be admitted from the waiting pool based on a point system. Each applicant will be awarded a point for each of the criteria below that they meet.
- Catholic family supporting a parish
- Child of alumni of Bishop Kelley High School
- Sibling of a current student at Bishop Kelley High School
- A student coming from a partner school
Applicants with the highest point value will be admitted before students with a lower point value. In the case of a point tie, the student whose applicant file was completed earlier will be admitted first.
