As a Lasallian Institution, Bishop Kelley responds to the needs in the community through its Christian Service Program.  All students are required to serve 25 hours to the community each academic year.  Additionally, students must serve 25 hours specifically to those experiencing poverty or who are in vulnerable situations.  See our current student page for more detailed requirement information.

Service opportunities provided by the school are advertised in the daily bulletin, on HelperHelper, through the weekly parent email, and through social media accounts. For a list of some local non-profit organizations, click here.

Students who serve more than twice the required hours will earn the Spirit of Service Award.

Students who demonstrate great passion for service and log many more hours than most of their peers will be considered for the St. Teresa of Calcutta Award.  The annual award will be given at the spring Honors assembly. View a list of past award winners here
