Tattooed Heart Ministries

Tattooed Heart Ministries is a volunteer driven non- profit focused on feeding and clothing the homeless of Tulsa. They meet each Wednesday at 5:30pm, at 415 W. Archer St., Tulsa.


Boys & Girls Club - Broken Arrow

We need students who are leaders in your school, as well as those excelling academically to come into our club and help elementary and middle school level children with basic homework for two hours on Tuesday/Thursday (6:30pm-8:30pm). They can come into our club (1400 W Washington St Broken Arrow, Ok) and fill out a short volunteer form and get started as soon as they want.


Zarrow Pointe Retirement Center

Zarrow Pointe is a three-tier facility and includes independent living, assisted living and skilled nursing.  We need volunteers to play piano in the lobby before dinner, provide music at cocktail hour, personal shopping for homebound residents, reception desk – weekends, help residents with smart phones, PC, email, read to residents, sort and distribute mail, visit with residents. Catholic Charities Porta Caeli House

Need service hours?  Have some extra time this summer? Please consider preparing and delivering a meal to Porta Caeli House, the new hospice home located near Catholic Charities!  With your help, the families and friends of our terminally ill guests are able to enjoy a home-cooked meal without leaving their loved one. Night Light Tulsa

An opportunity to build relationships with members of Tulsa’s homeless community and inner city neighborhood. Volunteers serve in many different areas: offering a hot meal, essentials such as soap, deodorant, first aid, etc., clothing, and foot washing. The mission is to Light Up Tulsa through Loving Individuals, Giving Hope, and Touching Souls. You will find yourself extremely humbled and blessed as you learn what it means to really love others and the effect that can have. Every Thursday from 6:30- 9:30.


Reading Partners

Would you like to complete service hours while making a signifcant difference in the lives of local elementary school kids? Sign up for Reading Partners Tulsa. Volunteers read with elementary school students who have fallen behind in reading, helping them improve to reading at grade level and beyond. The commitment is one day a week for the duration of the school year. Sessions are available on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:45-4:30 at Kendall Whittier Elementary School, 2601 E. 5th Pl., Tulsa, OK 74104, which is a short drive from Bishop Kelley. Cura HPC- Hospice and Pallative Care

CURA Hospice is looking for volunteers with a caring heart. There are two main categories of Hospice Volunteers: Direct Patient Care Volunteers and Administrative /Office Volunteers. Duties and responsibilities will vary based on their volunteer assignment. Our patient volunteers visit in Nursing Homes and Assisted living facilities as well as visiting a home patient. If interested, contact Pam Buffington at 918.994.4807; . 


New Century Hospice

Evergreen Hospice

2nd Saturday at Asbury United Methodist Church
Each month, on the 2nd Saturday, Asbury coordinates service opportunties. You simply register online and fill out a Liability Form at, go to the Asbury Venue, 6910 S. 101st E. Pearl's Hope Transitional Housing

Provides housing to homeless women with children along with an array of support services to promote self-reliance and financial stability. Needing 2-3 students for child care on Monday nights from 5:15 till about 6:45, Thursdays, from 5:30-7:00p, and possibly on Saturday mornings (time to be determined). Ongoing Opportunities at Catholic Charities

Child Care/Mentoring

Monday & Wednesday evenings 5:45 until 8:00 at Catholic Charities. During our Adult Education Classes we need students to help with childcare/mentoring of young children. Because many of our parents cannot afford babysitters while they attend class, we offer childcare/mentoring during the English as a Second Language Classes on Monday Wednesday evenings. Because there may be a wide variety of ages you might be involved with child activities, tutoring, help with child’s school projects, or just hanging out with them and having fun. Want to know more?
