Application Process & Timeline

Application

The online application for the 2018-2019 school year opens September 15, 2017.  
 
 
9th Grade Admissions-Placement Test (for current 8th grade students)
Choose your test date when completing the online application.
  • Saturday, November 4, 2017 or
  • Saturday, December 2, 2017 or
  • *Saturday, January 6, 2018
  • *After January 7th if space is available
    *January testers' acceptance (and thereafter) may be subject to a wait list.

 

Decision Letters
  • Students taking the November or December Placement Test and submit all of the required application documents by the respective testing date will receive their decision letters in early February.
  • Students taking the January Placement Test and submit all of the required application documents by the respective date will receive their decision letters in late February. January testers' acceptance (and thereafter) may be subject to a wait list. 
 

Curriculum & Enrollment Meetings
These meetings take place in February of 2018 and are required for admission. 
Placement test results are reviewed and the recommended plan of study will be discussed.


Contract Due Date
Enrollment Contracts for accepted students will be posted to your Backpack account starting February 1st. They are due by March 1, 2018.

 

Transfer Application (Current 9th and 10th graders) 
The online application for the 2018-2019 school year opens September 15, 2017. 
If you are inquiring about a mid year transfer for the 2017-2018 school year, please contact the Admissions Office (918-609-7133) for availability. 
 
 
 

Standard Documentation for all applicants:

1. Immunization Records
2. Birth Certificate (please do not submit the original)
3. Applicant's Photo
4. Transcript of grades (6th, 7th and 8th) from current school if attending public school or non-feeder private school such as Holland Hall or Cascia Hall. *If attending a Diocesan      feeder school (All Saints, Holy Family, Marquette, Monte Cassino, School of St. Mary, St. Catherine, St. John, St. Joseph, St. Pius X, or Sts. Peter & Paul) the Bishop Kelley     Admissions Department will request the necessary transcripts. 
5. Reading, learning and cognitive testing - only if applicable

Transfer Students:
***A Transfer Student is a student who is currently in the 9th, 10th or 11th grade and transfering into Bishop Kelley.***
Please submit the standard documents listed above 
plus the two documents listed below:

1. Essay Link
2. Letter of Recommendation from a teacher, counselor, administrator, priest, or minister.

Ways to submit standard documentation: 
*For Bishop Kelley High School to consider your application complete and considered for enrollment, all requested documents listed above must be complete.
